“The home is as listed, beautiful inside and out. Location is close to downtown and only took us less than 5 minutes to get to Raisin Cane convention center. It is close to several other attractions as well. The property manager is great and was able to assist us in any of our needs. Why pay more when you can get this home. ”

“Place was really cute to stay in. Wasn’t far from LSU campus or the bowling alley that we had our event at. Communication with owners was perfect and they were always on property and very nice. I would definitely stay here again ”

“This property is an awesome vacation getaway spot. Ideally located close to Baton Rouge, with many convenience stores and local cuisine within 10-15 minutes of the house. My fiancé and I came with 4 of our kids aged 3 to 14 and had 2 friends with their 3 boys aged 16-22.There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and not be on top of each other. The boys fished right off the dock and were catching catfish. We ended up renting a pontoon boat from the owner, Emmett, and were delightfully……

“The property was easy to access, well-maintained, clean. The owner responded quickly to any questions that we had. We mainly just used the residence to sleep in at night as we were enjoying Baton Rouge; however, we did notice when we were in the house during the day, the thermostat was set to 77. I would say, as long as you don't plan on spending extended time in the house during the day (especially during the summer), this is the place to stay.”

“We were in Baton Rouge for my niece’s LSU graduation. This property is minutes from there not to mention also close to Walmart, restaurants, shopping etc. we sat on the porch and enjoyed our coffee before heading to the graduation. It was so relaxing and beautiful scenery. You will not be disappointed if you stay here! The host is amazing!!”

“I was here for an event at the Raising Canes Center, only a 10min walk. The inside was very well kept and fit my groups needs very well. Communication with the property manager was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this spot if you are in town for something downtown!”

“We loved all the unique features of this house. Great outdoor spots to relax. Comfortable beds. Fun game room. Awesome location.”

“Property was located on False River; Nice place to catch catfish and relax with private pier and beautiful view of the river and ducks. The property is older but you can tell has had renovations in the kitchen. The downstairs bed was very squeaky. We didn’t use the upstairs room. The couches could be updated. They were very lumpy. The shower is super small and not for a taller person. We did have to change the shower liner because it had mildew on it. Also, noticed some hair in the tub but……

“This is a great home! Beautiful house and neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. All of the food recommendations we tried were wonderful... Simple Joe Cafe, Elsie's Plates and Pies and Sammy's Grill. The accommodations and amenities were nice... bikes, games, outdoor sitting areas. We had a blast playing Cards Against Humanity! It was truly an unforgettable trip. We will definitely rebook when in Baton Rouge again. Thanks for everything!”

“Hundred Oaks Cottage was a comfortable respite for my 3 member family while we attended the national bowling tournament. We loved having such a cozy spot close to the venue. There are many thoughtful touches throughout the house such as sound machines in the bedrooms & ear plugs (we didn’t use either), as well as bath products (shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath salts). We loved relaxing in the pool even with the interstate traffic overhead. We played with the many pool toys (noodles, rings) &……

“I was in charge of finding a place for five 50 friends and this home was the perfect place! So convenient, clean and relaxing, with everything needed for a perfect escape.
