“Nice location, clean facilities. Good for official work.”

“Cleanliness of the hotel was shocking for a hotel considered 4.5*. The bedsheets, headboard and sofa were dirty. Despite asking for clean sheets, there were none available and we were relocated to a different room. Whilst the second room was nicer, the bathrooms in both rooms need to either be cleaned properly and thoroughly, or be refurbished. Food options were limited and room service was not great. Overall, the hotel was a great disappointment.”

“The property is nice, however it was unclean, the sheets were stained, the room were not cleaned properly, there were cigarettes buds on the floor. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. The shower was not working. The lift does not work. The staff is not professional and lacks customer service experience. This property needs an overhaul and better support staff. ”

“The hotel is absolute chaos and stay away from it. We had a 15 hours flight and they did not let us in with our Hotels.com booking. The explanation is rooms were fully booked and they did not receive the itinerary. Surprisingly they have rooms available for us to buy them at hotel. We don’t understand why they don’t sort our original booking. The rooms and toilets are appalling. The Air conditioner did not work properly. We did not found one thing that worked as per description. So disappointed.”
