“Reasons for 4 star rating: Stayed in a one bedroom condo with queen bed that should be upgraded to King size especially for a couple. Sofa size small; kitchen adequately equipped; showers nice with hot water immediately but not equipped with safety bar or holders for shampoo, etc. Recycling not available; area close to restaurants and other amenities. Found front reception staff not overly friendly. Never had contact with property manager.”

“The place is dirty and falling apart. The food is similar to that served in an elementary cafeteria. I was placed in a Teepee where the linens were dirty and wet towels were on the footstool. I was told to put my things there, and they would send someone to clean it. That never happened, so I moved myself. I was given no information about meal times, where things were, how to book tours etc. Stray dogs roam the property, and they clearly are not fed or cared for, mangey, and surround you at……

I had people from Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and Canada. They were extremely glad I was able to get this home for part of their stay in Panama. ”
