“I am a full time Mom of a disabled child. He had surgery 3 weeks ago, so I have been 24/7 caring for him as he heals. I had 24 hours to getaway and have always wanted to stay in a yurt. “We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was such a treat to stay in a neighborhood with trails, a dock to fish from, and a safe yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well stocked here. The bathrooms are really nice and the couch is super comfortable. We are hoping to come back this summer. ”

“The house was well maintained for such an old house. Very small bathroom. I would not recommend more than 2 to 4 people stay here. The back yard was a lot smaller than we hoped. I felt overall it was a good place to stay. Maybe a little over priced in my opinion. ”

“We loved our short stay here. The cottage was very nice and located in a great spot. You could see the water from the screened in front porch. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean!The owners were awesome at communicating and everything was a breeze.We love Cape Charles and will definitely stay here when we come back!”
