Great Weekend!

We had a wonderful weekend. Condo was beautifully decorated for Christmas and is as beautiful as the pictures on the website. It is centrally located as well. Owner was very responsive with a minor concern we encountered. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.

Gorgeous views!

***People with mobility issues should consider that this is an upstairs condo with at least 15 steps to get to the front door. I recently had a knee replacement so I took it slow but I made it. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The beds were soooo comfy. The views were no less than amazing and can be seen from the bedrooms, living room, and balcony. Our property rep was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Perfect view

A beautiful place with an awesome view. As far as we could tell there is no number on the building so that made it a bit difficult to figure out, parking can be a bit tricky but it's on a mountain!! House is decorated great, everything you need is there. We truly enjoyed this condo, felt like a cabin in the mountains. Very interesting, different golf course...you need to try it.

Great place

We were I town to go to Polar Express in Bryson City. The condo was close and absolutely beautiful. We would stay again for sure. One thing, the house is about a mile from the main gated entrance. If there were any snow or ice I don’t know if our car would have made it to the condo’s driveway.

Above our expectations!!

This place was so far above our expectations! We walked in and were absolutely astounding! Every detail was perfect and beautiful. The condo was absolutely amazing with beautiful views, and they were so many different details and things to look at. It had been decorated for Christmas as well, and was so pretty. The communication with you. I was absolutely fabulous. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Such a lovely and well appointed home with gorgeous views! A wonderful stay!

Would definitely stay again in this warm, welcoming and well appointed home. Gorgeous views from every room! Loved the additional touches of lamps on for our late evening arrival, seasonal scented hand soaps in the bathrooms and a new sponge at the kitchen sink! Very clean. Had everything we needed and more. Lovely stay that’s highly recommended!

Beautiful Condo with a Gorgeous View

My husband and I visit the Smoky Mountains often. We usually stay on Tennessee side of the mountains but thought we’d give the North Carolina side a try. This condo was absolutely beautiful. I expect a lot and this condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen and an absolutely gorgeous view. Like most properties with a view it is a little bit of a drive up to the condo. We had a little bit of an issue locating the exact property but the property manager, Hope. answered my call right away and quickly helped us find it. Check in process was very easy. We had a small car so easy to park but if we would have driven our truck might have been tricky. I would recommend stopping at grocery before arriving as it about 20 minutes away. Grab hand soap as that wasn’t provided. We will definitely stay here again if we are I. The area!

Beautiful View!

After navigating the mountain road up to the cabin, the space was exactly as shown with a fabulous view over the smokey mountains. The morning fog illustrates why they call these the smokey mountains, and the evening sunsets were stunning. Very nice place!

Peaceful mountain top retreat!

We had a lovely time staying at this home. Our small boys loved spotting wildlife below the deck and berry-picking from the vines along the road. The professionally-designed interiors are gorgeous and very comfortable. It is located about 15 minutes from Bryson City but that was not inconvenient for us at all. We enjoyed being a bit off the beaten path where it was quiet and we could stargaze. We would definitely book this proerty again.

Amazing views warm cozy and inviting*

I stayed here with my friend and our kids... ages 16, 5, 3, and 1, in January and got snowed in! And let me tell you it was the best place to be stuck! Even tho half the town lost power including us for about 2 days... we had the gas fireplace for heat and we were very comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows made for some amazing snowy mountain views. Aside from food, cabin has everything you need to be comfortable. The decor and everything was very very nice. And the property manager stayed in touch the whole time to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend this place 👌

Perfect Getaway!

This cabin was so plush and comfortable! Super clean and just as pretty in person as it was in the pictures! The view was breathtaking! I would definitely revisit and recommend this property to anyone I know! Perfect way to spend our Christmas Holiday!

Smoky Mountain Getaway

This condo was amazing! Everything you could need, and what a view! The only disappointing thing was that they had not turned on the gas to the fireplace for the fall, and the nights were chilly. It would’ve been nice to be able to use it. Everything else was wonderful, and I will be back.

Good house with subpar hospitalities, broken amenities, construction noise and bad air and

Good: 1) House is beautiful as seen in photos. It was clean and tidy. Bad: 1) Check-in was ok'ish because this house does not have its dedicated parking spot and it has about 10/15 stairs to the front door. When we arrived late at night, the spots were not available and we parked out further. It was tough to carry two sleeping kids and luggage from a distant parking lot. My friends had a unit in the same community and that unit had its own parking garage. 2) There is construction going on right next to this condo. The construction noise woke us up in the morning when we wanted to catch some sleep after a long drive at night. We were not informed about this. 3) There is a note written on the thermostat to keep the temperature at 69 degrees. The reasoning was bad air due to sideby construction. It was freezing in the house when we entered. We had to wear jackets when it was high 70s/80s outside. We were not informed about this either. 4) Dishwasher was broken and it did not drain the water, making it useless. We had to clean all the dishes 5) Gas stove had some kind of locking system. Neither us nor property manager was aware or figured out until late afternoon when they arrived to check in person. That was an inconvenience for breakfast planning, especially with kids. 6) This property required me to create a login on evolve.com and asked to make all communication via evolve they do not use virbo's messaging system 7) Their cleaning lady told a few lies about the conditions to the property manager. We asked to do facetime with the manager but it did not happen. they simply asked us to leave the property so we did. Wish we had taken photos. I recommend that you stay here. 8) We had a small situation where my car key got wet and the car was disabled in the deep creek tubing parking lot. The other family who was on the trip with us was helping us to check in by driving back n forth in his car. So we asked if my wife, friend's wife and her 2 years old son could hang out on the outdoor patio for an hour after check out. That request was turned down insensibly. That two year old was fed milk on the street of the parking lot. Their reasoning was not having insurance after 11 am check-out. The hotels we stayed next to let us check in early at 12 noon instead of 3 pm, gave us the room and extended our next day checkout by an hour. The Evolve team and property manager of this unit really need to learn how to accommodate guests in urgency
