“Just an absolute Southern delight. The grand lobby furnishings, 2nd floor lobby - Oriental carpets, decor and tapestries all 1st class. Guest amenities and breakfast were very good. Desk staff offered Southern hospitality!”

“It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”

“We were pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly. The room was nice. The bed was a little firmer than we like, but that’s a personal preference. The bed linen and pillows were very nice and cozy. The shower had great pressure. Word to the wise, there is no hair dryer in the room. Ask for one when you check in. Will stay again. ”
