I booked this room and when I went in the doors that led the the elevator, it was a street walker and her pimp. When I got to the 4th floor that my room was on I didn’t have to even walk off the elevator to smell weed. I tried twice to get my refund and the hotel never wanted to refund me even tho I never stayed. I went home and they denied my refund TWICE! So how I’m out of $97 $ This is a hotel for street walkers and drug addicts!

DISAPPOINTING

This hotel is advertise as a 5 star Hotel. People live in this hotel as their home. I was told to go look at room to see if I like it. Then after you swipe your card, then they tell you, if this happen or that happens you will be charged. I bed look like a fold up bed, no carpet in the rooms. the blanket was paper thin.NO Housekeeping Services, you had to use the same towels all weekend. I went and brought LYSOL to spray done everything in this room. The staff at desk act of thou they don't know what to do and they act like they don't know what's on when you ask a question. I only stayed there because I came to VA for an important event. It was too late to find another hotel. THIS IS A WELFARE HOTEL. IF you like the finer things in life don't stay at this HOTEL.

This place is absolutely filthy and disgusting. The entire place smelled like, mold, cat pee and cigarette smoke. I have never seen such a nasty filthy hotel. The manager did let me switch rooms a couple of times. The first room I was in had such a strong stench it was irritating my throat and sinuses and then I discovered there was actual human feces on the wall and the refrigerator did not work. The second room didn't smell much better and the third room was a bit better but still gross. There were more than a couple of fights while I was there and the fire alarm system went off several times, usually at night and each time the fire department came. The outside lighting went off sometime in the middle of the night, every night, meaning when I had to leave very early for work it was completely pitch black out, making in very scary and dangerous walking to my car.

Is this really a hotel? It felt like a Military barracks or low income housing. My room had bugs. The light in the bathroom didn't work. There was no TV remote. 1 towel and a half a roll of toilet paper in the room. The Bed was a joke. Some drunk above me was partying until 2am. Some tweaker was roaming th hallway all night and going in and out of his room every 5 minutes.
