“We needed a last minute place to stay for one night and this place fit the bill. The place was clean. The amenities were sparse but we didn’t need to do any cooking. The only issue was that the apartment is right above a large industrial electrical outdoor trash dumpster and workers were disposing of trash at 3:00am. The machine was loud but the workers were also audible. It happened again at around 8:30am. Not sure if this is a daily activity as we were only there the one day. ”

“The apartment had everything we needed for our short trip. Bedrooms were cozy and had soft beds, big closets, and their own TVs. The bathroom was amazing!! “The house was exactly as described and was as nice as it looked in the photos. The property contact was very responsive and communicated well. Beds were comfy, plenty of linens available, kitchen well stocked, and all appliances and fixtures are updated. This was originally planned for my three adult sons to stay, but I ended up staying there several nights. Was a great location to visit family in Cromwell. We stayed 10 nights and would highly recommend. ”

It was clean and very well stocked (i.e. the kitchen had everything from plates/silverware, coffee maker, electric kettle, colander, etc. even a tandoor); and there was even laundry detergent. The host clearly wants his guests to feel at home. Also, he responded immediately when I called/texted to ask a question while there. ”

We are from Florida, and it was cold in CT and the heat worked great so that was really good. Andrew was responsive to requests. Only criticism was in some of the set up.
