“Superbe chalet tout équipé. Tout l'équipement est présent et de tes bonne facture. Certains équipements sont même neuf, ce qui est vraiment très très bien Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Superbe communication avec les propriétaires Deux petits bémols : - absence de.pa'ce de parking dédiée. - nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement de la terrasse durant la majeure partie de notre séjour cmen raison de la présence d'un nid de guêpes. Cependant dés le signalement de ce problème aux……

“The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. Calling support was partially helpful given that……

Accueil sympathique, souplesse d' heures d' arrivée et de départ.Une station à taille humaine avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. Un tourisme appréciable. Evian, Allinges, plage d' Exenevex, Yvoire et le très beau château de Gruyère en Suisse, des spécialités gourmandes, de bons fromage et des panoramas grandioses tout enneigé. Très contentes de notre séjour.”
