Nonostante la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff la camera che ci è stata assegnata aveva problemi allo scarico del wc ed il tappo della doccia ha bloccato lo scarico dell’acqua. Malgrado la segnalazione e l’intervento dei ragazzi i problemi sono rimasti. Fortunatamente abbiamo dormito una notte soltanto. L’albergo merita molto. Bello l’arredamento, pulito. A 15min dalla stazione ed in centro. Dovrebbero concentrarsi un po’ più sulla manutenzione. Comunque lo consiglio, magari il problema è stato solo sulla nostra camera.

Room was dirty in need of total refurb supposed to have been delux suite hate to think what standard rooms were like. Lots of mould filthy internal widow sills. Stains on lamp shades, walls, around shower. Please don’t book to stay at this awful hotel

Property ideally centrally located. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room could do with an update, towel rail connection held together with tape, dusty in some areas, generally clean, no remote for tv but can be controlled by buttons on the side of the tv, this gives you restrictive control.

Friendly staff but unfortunatly the room was not up to standard. Towel rail wires exposed ,light shades very dusty. Breakfast was not the best. Stayed a few months earlier on the third floor and the room there was to a better standard.

It’s a struggle to find anything positive to say about the hotel, other than its location. Our room was in need of a good polish. The main light in the room was in need of replacement and the toilet didn’t work properly. The breakfast was average. We did raise our concerns and were told the hotel manager would speak to us. The manager was conspicuous by his absence. The location Is literally the only reason for 2 stars

Fantastic value for money

Exceptional value for money! Stayed in a suite which was huge and also meant the kids and adults had separate but adjoining rooms. Location is excellent with cheap parking Very close by. Very clean and quiet, staff were all lovely and kids got a free breakfast which was very nice. Only slight issue was a lack of hot water when trying to use the shower. You won't find better value for your money in Chester.

The location makes a tired hotel acceptable

Good location but the hotel is very tired and needs modernisation it’s not the cleanest dusty staircase and light fittings, carpet threadbare and grimes bathroom with no hot water, a cold shower first thing wasn’t great! The breakfast was a good standard and all staff very friendly.
