“We were in Rock Hill for my nephews high school graduation. This home was a nice location in downtown Rock Hill close to everything we needed and a pleasant stay for our dog. We were able to walk at Glencairn Gardens and Lake Winthrop on the university athletics complex. The fenced in backyard worked out very well. The road/driveway are narrow but we were able to navigate with our large truck. The neighbors were very friendly. We did not cook as we were in town to see family so either ate with……

“We were in town for a 4 day event at the Rock Hill Sports and Events Center. My son and I stayed at the cottage and it was everything we wanted/needed. It was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable. Its location was perfect for the event (5 min away) and had several restaurants/grocery stores within a short drive. We stayed at a rental instead of a hotel to allow us to cook /eat in and everything we needed to do that was provided. We could not have picked a bette place to stay……

“The property was very clean for our large group. Outdoor sitting area was very spacious. We had enough towels/linens to accomodate the group. Only issue we had was power outage in bonus house. Owners communicated and came out to address issue. We really enjoyed our stay on the lake. ”

“This is a wonderful property for family and friends to gather!! Its all about the wonderful views from every window to all the outdoor activities! The kitchen is amazing with all the utensils you could possibly desire for dining in. The bedrooms are spacious and did I mention the views from every room?? Fantastic stay. Rick is very prompt to answer any questions about the property and knowledgeable about the area surrounding it. The grocery shopping is quite close by which is a real plus……

“We traveled to Moms cabin from upstate NY for a family wedding in NC. It was a fabulous location, we had our 4 year old grandson with us and we were able to do morning and evening fishing which he loved! Loved the screened in porch, it was an excellent week of adventure.”
