“We had a wonderful stay at the property which was as described in the listing - immaculate and more than large enough for our entire family to enjoy comfortably. Would highly recommend it for any large group gathering.”

“The exterior of the home is completely run down. Nothing like the pictures. The interior bedding and furniture is a different set up then depicted. The rugs and carpets are stained and dirty. This did not meet our standards. We would not recommend it to anyone. We left a day early.”

The house is situated behind a beautiful landscape and it was so clean, spacious and equipped with everything you could need. We enjoyed all the amenities the house had and more! “Overall, a great stay with a well-equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, hot tub, fire pit, and a spacious backyard.The biggest highlight was the fire pit—it was easy to light and perfect for gathering around on a cold night. Both kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub. “The pictures are accurate but when you get there you see the furniture is flimsy, the cabinets and drawers fall off when you touch them and the yard is a disaster. There is so much stagnant water the mosquitos look like drones!”

“To begin, before leaving for the trip I tried reaching out multiple times for check in information. Upon arrival, I was unable to check into place to stay. I tried multiple times contacting host, as well as support trying to contact the host, with NO answer. This left me to find another place to stay with short notice because we waited for 2+ hours for a reply. Unprofessional, ghosted by the host, and frustrating. This has never happened in all the years I have used Vrbo, but to summarize, do……

“The house was booked for a total of 11 folks including my special needs son for a family reunion at my uncle’s house in Milford PA. Upon entering the house, you had to walk up 4 steps to the kitchen. The urine smell from a pet was still in the air. Spider webs, dirty walls and a sign saying “do not use oven” were the first things you seen when entering the kitchen. I was little upset but still proceeded to unpack groceries when I seen the ants on the table, countertop and floor. I contacted the……

“Loved the home didn't realize when booking it was in such a secluded spot so come prepared. House was clean minus some hair in the tubs (around drain) the closet doors attacked my sister (needs to be reinstalled and tightened) upon opening and a few draw coverings fell off. we couldn't find a broom until 10 mins before checkout (we looked all weekend )other wise the place was amazing my sister is already talking about booking in the warmer months because the yard is amazing”
