Noela & Mike are great hosts and give very clear information. Overall, we found it to be a peaceful 'home base' for visiting local family.”

“Everything was very nice with this property! Looked nice and felt comfortable with enough seating for all 9 of us at the dinning room table. It's in a quaint little town with a local shop with breakfast that was a minute away, and a 3 min walk to the river. Hit up a few lakes and other fun activities and most things were a 15-30 minute drive. The only negative was we noticed few mice but I think that's par for the course in VT.”

“We had an absolutely amazing time at Ranny Brook Farm. Despite being right on a main road, the property feels like your own secluded little world — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Our boys, Maverick and Moose (Gordon Setters), were in absolute heaven running free in the huge 1-acre yard. “There was a bit of a mix up during the check in process, but it was straightened out. Luckily for us this was trip to catch up with family and friends so we could go somewhere to figure it out, as there is no service without the wifi. The house is gorgeous, clean and spacious inside. There is some sort of day camp (?) thing going on at the property next to it, so kids are running around and swimming in that area all day. It wasn’t bothersome to us.
