Great property, most of the staff were super kind and helpful and the breakfasts were amazing! The only thing that bothered me were the guests at 7am in the pool screaming and wilding out and then again until 10:30pm when we were told that noisy times were between 9am -9pm. My husband is Mexican, I speak Spanish very well and the ladies at breakfast weren’t nice to me and making remarks thinking I didn’t understand the first morning so I sent my husband for the next days. Overall it’s a great space, great location and we had a private space with a jacuzzi that made the experience even better.

Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento. Está descuidado, hacen mucho ruido desde muy temprano, las fotos que aparecen aquí están engañosas no es tan bonito como hacen creer. Si lo utilizas para llegar a dormir y bañarte cumple con el objetivo.

El hotel no está como en las fotos, tiene falta de mantenimiento, no señal de TV abierta, los camastros de la alberca están rotos, solo el primer día dejaron agua embotellada, nunca cambiaron las toallas, no dejaron jabón de mano, en general mal servicio.

Le nom de l’hôtel n’est pas clairement indiqué sur la façade. Il mériterait une rénovation car tout est vieillot, la douche est pleine de calcaire et le bois en mauvais état. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre à ouvrir dans la chambre. L’hôtel est à 1km à pied du centre. Le personnel ne parle que l’espagnol

El personal de front desk muy amable y servicial. Algunos huéspedes muy escandalosos después de la media noche y se escuchaba todo el ruido en la habitación. No hay toallas para la alberca y el personal del bar llega a las 7 am platicando en voz muy alta y haciendo ruido con ollas y sartenes.
