“This is a nice sized home. Convenient to the subway in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The bedrooms are very generously sized. There is plenty of room in the living and dining area.”

“The location was perfect. We were about three minutes from the local subway station and were able to connect easily to get around Tokyo to all of our desired locations. The Japanese BBQ restaurant immediately around the corner was fantastic. Service and food were amazing there as well. The management was very responsive and provided for all of our basic needs. It was nice not to have to worry about shampoo and soap when we arrived, and there were even umbrellas for the rainy days. Communication……

“Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a group of 5 people and the place was very comfortable for us, with extra space that we ended up using. It was an extremely convenient location within close walking distance of two different train stations, convenience stores, and other shops and food places. The air conditioning was so welcome in the August heat. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The place was next to the train tracks but we barely heard the trains, especially with the soundproof……

“Staff was very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage early before check in as we were already in Tokyo, we really appreciated our stay here as it had lots of room to spread out and was clean.”

“Our group loved our stay here! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busier Tokyo Areas. The house is conveniently only 2 minutes away from a 7/11 and FamilyMart, and 8 minutes away from the train station. While being on the smaller side, the property is still well-kept, and cozy. The owner communicated well through emails, but some instructions were harder to decipher as an English speaker. Overall, a great stay!”
