My room the light didn't work , the never clean my room , the service is worse i ever had , can't sleep to many prostitute in and out all nights , the tv didn't work , never got clean sheets or towes , the tube the pipe was exposed in the tube , nerver received clean towes, the floor was dirty , the noise of mutiple men slamming car doors it was the worst of the worst it should be inspected bye someone before it be in the app to be offered.

There was a shooting in the parking lot at 5:30 in the morning on the 2nd day. Management didn’t contact rooms to let guests know whether it was safe to come out or anything.

Check in was very easy and convenient. The room was okay but the refrigerator didn’t seal properly so we couldnt utilize this amenity, the morning breakfast was just very sad, and our bathroom dispensers were empty and/or working.

Bathroom accommodations were fair. The room did not have the most pleasant smell. The television did not work for the 3 day stay-front desk said something referencing the company? The bedsheets sooo old, with holes and stains. Lastly, the air conditioner made such a weird noise all night, every night ☹️. Will not repeat!

Tight parking lot and not a great looking part of town. Our room was down a dark, exterior hall. Inside was great though. Lobby and staff was great and room was very clean and comfortable.

La habitación estaba sucia y si no pides directamente que te hagan la limpieza ellos no pasan ni a tender las camas, las puertas casi se caen, el baño pésimo le faltaban llaves y se inunda. Pedí por una habitación de no fumadores y apestaba a cigarro en general muy mal.

fridge wasn’t cold &’ tried to call desk multiple times, no one answered. room was dirty. there was water marks in the shower still &’ there was random hair everyone &’ a huge hair clump by the mini fridge … bedding had hair as well- good thing we brought our throw blankets or else we’d have to sleep cold. floor was sticky &’ shower water would go hot to cold off &’ on. tried calling desk multiple times &’ no one answered

CTA駅も近く、敷地内に十分な台数分の駐車場も完備されており、ハイスクールの目の前と言う事もあり治安は良い場所にあると思われる。ホテルに宿泊以外の何を求めるかによるが朝食もついてるし、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、電子レンジもあり特に不便は無い。それぞれの部屋が駐車場に面している事もあり、毎晩セキュリティをセットした車のクラクションの音に悩まされた。職員の人が連絡を取っていた様だが、解決していなかった為、無断駐車なのか？と思ってしまった。そういう点はルーズ…。また泊まりたいか？と言われると、リピートは無い。

For some reason the room was very moist and damp. When we first got to our room, the bedsheets were damp to the touch. I asked for a different room, and the staff obliged very reluctantly. In the second room, things still felt damp. Later in the evening, water was dripping from the hole that was a ceiling fan in the bathroom and it wasn’t even covered with anything. I had to put down towels on the ground, to soak up the dripping water. The bathroom light kept turning off as well. I told the staff about these issues, and by the second day, they had done something to fix the dripping and the bathroom light. But the room floor had so much condensation on it that it was sticky with moisture. It was OK for us to stick with it for the two nights we were there, but this experience made us resolve to never sleep at a motel again. You really do get what you pay for. Also, at night time, the airplanes landing and taking off were so very loud.
