The check-in process took abnormally long. The young woman working the front desk, seemed like she didn't exactly know what she was doing majority of the time and was just winging it. Also, she had a pretty noticeable snobbish attitude. The price was different compared to when I booked it online, through Expedia. When the issue came up with the payment/price difference, it was unexpected. So, I needed to do 1/2 payment on my CC and 1/2 in cash. However, that was another issue because they don't accept cash NOR do they have an ATM. I also requested to not be placed on the ground floor and to have a balcony, which I was not accommodated for. I was not satisfied with my stay at all. The only positives I can say is that it was quiet for the 1 night I chose to stay, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
