Upon arrival the property seemed very nice. When checking in, the machine to run the credit card didn’t work so the women behind the counter ran it. I knew the amount cause I had reserved it through Expedia so I didn’t think to ask how much she was putting on the card. When I got to my room, it was $100 over what it should be. I’m assuming that’s a security deposit and will be refunded, but it would have been nice if I was told that.
The room is pretty dates. I turned on the tv and the signal kept dropping and it just wouldn’t work. I went to call the front desk, but non of the hotel buttons (front desk, room service, housekeeping… ) work. I pulled the tv out from the wall and fixed it enough for the time being. Very frustrating.
