my water in my shower is cold and they tried to fix the problem however the water ran back cold after 5 minutes of being on. The staff said she could upgrade me but I would have to be charged an additional 20$ to upgrade. I have not received my security deposit of 125$ and an additional 25$ was removed from my account. I have been trying to contact hotel services and I keep getting voicemails.

Friendly staff, clean, the area is a little ducked off and my window was right next to the train. The vibe was art-deco chic. They charge a hefty fee toward daily breakfast and dinner and cocktail credits but all of the amenities are at an entirely different hotel—this was disheartening because since I was on limited time (work trip) I was unable to enjoy any perks and was out of $250 (3 night stay). When I did make time to stop for breakfast at their sister hotel, they closed breakfast an hour early (10am and the website said 11am). I wouldn’t call this place my first choice, but may benefit someone who has the time to bounce around and maximize their time and money.

El hotel es básico y se me hizo excesivo su precio, en la app pague una noche y al llegar al hotel la recepcuon de mala manera tiene un letrero que duce de debe pagar un mobto adicional independiente al pago extra por $58.64 dlls por noche y se retiene adicional de tu TC $125dlls de "garantia" que supuestamente al salir lo devuelven, esto no sucedio, me ducejeron en recepcion que en 5 dias revise mi saldo. En general muy mala experiencia que no recomiend, silicitaré a expedia reembolso de ese monto adicional que me cobraron. De saberlo antes busco un mejor hotel con anticipacion al mismo precio o menor, y con mejor trato. No ofrecen ni agua. Muy mal.

We had a bad experience. The hotel didn't have my confirmed Expedia reservation. I had to pay out of my pocket to get a room with a Bunk Bed on the spot last minute. Not sure if it is Expedia or the Hotel fault. I couldn't figure it out. The hotel front desk person was very helpful in trying to figure it out. Expedia Customer Service was TERRIBLE and disappointing. They kept me on hold for 45 minutes and the thing they offered is to find another hotel at 10 PM at night instead of asking the hotel to give me a room. The hotel was dimly lit inside with no activity. It is next to a dark subway station. Not sure if it was a safe area or not. I will not stay again at this hotel

Great property, unique and lots of communal amenities. Staff is so helpful and the rooms were basic, but exactly what we needed for our trip. You can't find many rooms for a good price that have more than one bedroom.

Sadly arrived there to find that it is in a part of town that we didnt feel safe in and the subway runs right beside the building all night long. We ended up not staying and when i requested a refund for my stay they refused. Maybe this is how they make money. Keeping non-refundable reservations from people who dont know the area and have been mislead. Definitely will never go back there.

En la noche se escucha el ruido del tren que pasa a un costado y se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones continuas. Si vas a descansar no te recomiendo este lugar, si tendrás vida nocturna es buena locación porque está todo cerca.

Booked a room the day of and it gave me the option to purchase cancel insurance for the day of. Nowhere did it say the insurance wouldn’t work if purchased the day of booking for checking in on that day. Why was it even an option to buy if it wasn’t able to be used. Realized we booked the wrong day off by 2 days. Expedia was okay changing the dates but said they had to ask hotel. Hotel refused twice. I asked to speak to a manager, they said I could email the manager, never heard back from them. Spoke with them at the front desk and they refused to give a one time exception to cancel and refund even though I’d rebook with them. They said since they didn’t have any rooms available, we couldn’t rebook therefore they couldn’t make a one time exception to refund us. I worked for RCI for 6 years in the travel business. My job was literally to take escalations like this and offer exceptions to members who never asked for exceptions but might have made a mistake with a booking, or a life event came up that prevented them on going on vacation. It was a win for us not only did they continue booking with us due to good service, we would have them as amazing consistent customers there after. The fact that they did nothing and showed no sympathy was a clear indicator all they care about is money. I’ll be disputing this with my bank as well as the insurance company who offered purchasable insurance when it wouldn’t even work in the first place. don’t stay here!!!!!!!

Nearly every part of the game room was inoperable, just broken. The furniture around the hotel was sometimes broken and always looked like it came from a garage sale. No night stands or outlets where the nightstands should be. Just a few plastic cups in a suite with a kitchenette. Terribly uncomfortable couch with a TV that didn't and couldn't be pointed at the place you had to sit. We got a coupon for dining at a restaurant at their other properties across town. There is a bar on site that hasn't been used in months if ever. It was clean and the beds were comfy.
