Avoid This Place at All Costs – Should Be Removed from Expedia Immediately From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a foul mix of feet, sweat, and neglect. The room was barely bigger than a walk-in closet, and the air felt heavy — like the place hadn’t been cleaned or aired out in weeks. Then came the real deal-breaker: a visible blood stain on the top cover of the bed. That alone should be grounds for a health inspection. I wouldn’t let a homeless person sleep here, let alone pay money to stay. I sat there, genuinely questioning my life choices. After 20 minutes, I grabbed my bag and left. I didn’t stay the night — I chose to drive all the way home instead of risking sleep in that room. This property has no business being listed on Expedia. Travelers deserve better — much better

It's no 5 or 3 star hotel. You have a room that's a 5×8 space. Shared bathroom and a community area with a microwave, coffee pot and a college sized refrigerator. If you want your room cleaned or new towels, you have to call from your cell phone.

This is NOT a hotel. NOT. This is a hostel disguised as a Hotel. The rooms are basically pods smaller than a king bed. If you are already claustrophobic, this is an absolute no-no. For the price, I almost cried looking at it. I came to Chicago for a 6 day conference and i checked out THE NEXT DAY and went to another real hotel. The one staff was a lady who probably doesn't speak english and unfortunately she is the only one there to take you to your 'room'. So be prepared to somehow explain to her that you need to go to a 'room' and how to access it. The shared bathrooms are DIRRRRRTTTTYYYYYYY. I was disgusted to use them. Pee spots on the toilet seats, hair in the sink. The whole place has a VERY shady vibe associated with it and it STINKs of WEED + Room freshener. If you are in town for an event like a science conference, DO NOT stay there no matter how tight your budget is unless you wanna attend the conference smelling of weed.

The hotel was good, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were ok, probably could be more cleaner. The location was perfect, it’s easier to go to the main interest places in Chicago. Good rate quality price.

Ok if you expect a standard hotel room you will be disappointed. What one gets here is a windowless closet with little soundproofing just bigger than your dingle bed. Toilet and shower rooms, of which there are only 2 are not that clean. The price is interesting, the location good, the staff helpful, but not really a hotel room, closer to a hostel with shutting doors
