The property was easy to find, access and close to parking. We booked an Ivy Elevated King, so the room was large and comfy. The bathroom was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the large soaking tub and shower. Though we didn't take advantage of it, they had a great minibar selection, so if you need it there are many options. It's located in a great area so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the TV in the mirror to work and the dining and beverage services were suspended for some reason so the bar was not operational, which was disappointing because we intended to have a staycation and not leave the hotel as much. Luckily, we found a nice bar nearby. Also, when booking online it stated we would receive a nightly sweet snack and charcuterie with the ivy elevated rooms, which was unavailable due to the services being suspended. We were not made aware of this until I asked about the amenities we hadn't received. There was no substitution offered for this either, which I don't blame the staff for because I would imagine they are limited in what they can do, but I do think they need to update the information on the website. Overall, it is a nice hotel in a good area, so we would consider staying again, but it may not be our first choice since we like places with onsite bar or food options.
