Excellent location and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and I enjoyed the look and feel of our room. I wasnt crazy about the surprise booking fee when I arrived and parking was too expensive for our short stay, but thankfully we found parking at millenium park for a fraction of the price and it was only a half mile away. The dining area was very small and would fill up quickly during breakfast and happy hour, so we ended up just grabbing what we could and head back to our room. That was the biggest area for improvement I found but otherwise I would stay here again.

Very nice stay and no complaints about the hotel or staff, who were lovely and very accommodating and informative. If the hotel does want to be more sustainable, how about factoring a Kinzie-branded reuseable water bottle in the resort fee? I was asked every time I entered or left if I'd like water which (while a lovely gesture) I declined after the first time since I didn't want to take multiple plastic bottles.

Incredible stay at the Kinzie Hotel. Our room was so nice, clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast was way better than a basic Continental. Nice gym. Great staff. AND the location was walkable to everything. I love Chicago and I love the Kinzie. I am coming back to stay!

I've been visiting Chicago for years and Kinzie is definitely one of my favorites! Clean, daily housekeeping is standard (don't have to request and no nightly minimum), free (light) breakfast and spacious rooms. Perfect location for spending time in River North.

Newly renovated, lovely and tasteful interiors. Lobby is minimal but efficient; we don’t need a big fancy lounge or bar since there are so many option in the neighborhood close by. Room was very comfortable.
