I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered.
From check-in, the staff were dismissive and at times outright rude. I reported multiple issues—my room’s TV wasn’t working properly (turning on and off with no image), the phone didn’t work, and some lights had no bulbs. Nothing was done to fix it. Later that night, the second TV also stopped working. Only after repeatedly following up did they move me to a new room—at 9 PM. I had to repack everything, including wet clothes from the laundry, disrupting my entire evening.
The front desk’s attitude was the most disappointing part. I was met with comments like, “You again,” “We can’t do anything right now,” and “I thought it was just one TV,” making me feel like a burden instead of a guest.
The new room was clean, and the hotel itself is beautiful, but none of that makes up for the frustration, lack of professionalism, and lost sleep. It’s unfortunate for the owner—great space, but the staff’s attitude completely ruins the experience.
