The room was clean and smelled fresh, which I really appreciated. I also liked that they provided makeup wipes—a thoughtful touch. The only suggestion I have is to consider adding more insulation for better soundproofing. You can hear other guests leaving their rooms quite loudly, and street noise like speeding cars or honking is noticeable too. That might just be me, though, as I’m a very light sleeper. Parking was a big plus—they have on-site parking with in-and-out privileges at no extra cost. We paid $49.92 for it and were even allowed to park earlier than the 4:00 PM check-in time without being charged extra. Customer service was great as well. Everyone we interacted with, both over the phone and at the front desk, was friendly and accommodating. Overall, we were very pleased with the value we got for the price we paid. We would definitely book here again in the future!

The room was clean, comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Onsite parking was very convenient though pricey ($49 for a night). I loved that I was able to walk to the Riverwalk, Navy Pier and the shops. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was that it was noisy - our neighbors were very loud at 2:00a and woke us up. Then someone started to smoke weed and the smell wafted into our room - it gave me a headache. Finally fell asleep at 4:00a.

Apart from the ambulance that comes by every 3 minutes, and the hellcats doin burn outs at 1 in the morning it’s in a great area! lol but yes. Clean, good area close to everything, great service!

This very affordable hotel exceeded my expectations! It was clean, bed was comfy and the staff was very friendly and very welcoming. The location is excellent. I will definitely be staying here again as I travel to Chicago often.

Our stay here was amazing. The area was great, the staff were super kind and accommodating. There’s a Target next door which was nice for my friends and I as there were a few times we needed to stop in and grab things. The motel felt secure and it was clean. We had no complaints at all with our stay. It was so relieving to see how accurate the glowing reviews were!

I stayed in the room above the office and I had to call the front desk to adjust the heat when it got too warm which was super inconvenient when try to sleep comfortably. Other than that the room was very clean and the staff was really nice.

When we arrive there was a lady at the lobby and she was the most cute lobby person I have ever seen! The rooms are a lil bit small but definitely cute and comfortable! Everything was excellent clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel and will back sure!
