The front desk staff was very polite and friendly. $15 a day for parking is absurd. The first room I was given definitely smelled of some type of smoke. second room was ok but just seemed old and shabby. You can hear everything in the hall way. Because it's close to O'Hare, people check in all hours of the night and don't have the courtesy to do so quietly as other guests are sleeping. The gym is decent and thankfully no one else was using it in the morning. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

El interior de la habitación estaba limpio, las instalaciones muy deterioradas, ruidoso debido a que hay vías de circulación tanto por la parte anterior y posterior del hotel. El hotel tiene dos edificios y en el pasillo de donde está la recepción desprendía malos olores. El desayuno no está mal.

I didn’t like anything about that property. Property had two buildings and one was really old buildings. Images are mostly from new section. Two floor building with no escalator. Staff was not welcoming. I had to take my two luggages upstairs through stairs. Room was really old with old furnitures, like old chairs and tables. Actual feeling was i just want to get out as soon as possible but my flight was late and we just wanted to get some sleep. If that was not the case i would have left the money i payed and went to another hotel for sure.

I understand when you book a cheaper 2star hotel what you're going to get, and maybe it was because there was an event in the area... I usually stay at the La Quinta inn when staying overnight at ohare (which is half the price and way way nicer, recently rennovated, hot breakfast included, super clean). The quality inn, room rate was about $225, was absolutely trash. Smelled like a bowling alley, broken elevator, the hallways had puddy smeared all over them that looked like it was just left unfinished. Nothing is walkable, not even a convenient store. The internet didn't work for s###. Can't control the temp in the room at all. Police were outside for some disturbance, a few crack heads just hanging outside on the bench. Fortunately there is a restaurant which was actually really good. Great bar food etc. The bedding was clean which I was a bit worried about but yes the linens were nice and clean. Anyhoo. Check out the la quinta next time I stead for a surprisingly good experience for a $100 room rate.

The shuttle was the highlight, as I was able to take it back to the airport to take the Blue Line into town for the day. Don't forget to tip the driver. Very nice gentleman.
