Horrible experience. Very long check in process and, after obtaining the room key, I had to return 3 times to the reception since the key was not working. The receptionist changed me to another room to find out that it was in a very poor condition (rust in the bathtub, burning spots in the blanket, urine in the toilet and floor). I had another room change and I was able to sleep, however, the room was dusty and smelly and barely livable. I am not a complainer, I have stayed in highway hotels before, but never at this level. The team members seemed to be overwhelmed with technical issues and they didn't even remember me when I came to change room. Lastly, I am still waiting for a refund of my $50 deposit (it is charged on my bank, not any longer in pending).
