I called the hotel asking how much a deposit would be with two kids and two dogs, I was very specific to ensure ease with check in, Night staff around 9 when I got there basically told me they quoted me for a room for TWO CHILDREN and two dogs, then told they couldn't accommodate me unless I booked a second room, however would not offer me a conjoining room, mind you all of this after this man looked me in my face and told me he thought I meant two kids and two dogs...... just not good business. Waiting on a refund, was told by front desk clerk the manager was called and approved a refund, but not showing anywhere so far so we will see. Very dissatisfied with this.

Was charged a $50 deposit that was not mentioned while booking. Went to take a shower late in the evening only to find various hairs in the tub. Front desk staff offered me a bottle of cleaner and a towel to take care of the issue. Then the tub was not draining so i checked and took out a huge foul smelling clumps of hair. Told the front desk and i get a call later” I hear you have complaints?” Told him a out it and he came and looked at the issue. They claim no smoking in rooms but there was a cloud of smoke in the hallway.

The rooms were incredibly unclean. When it was mentioned the first time (lights didn’t work, patched holes in walls, red, pink, brown, and clear stains all over the bed and pillows) we were offered another room across the hall. When it was mentioned the second time (specifically when there were clear stains all over the pillows that were noticed again) I was told “it’s not the pillow, just the pillow case” by Sam and then was handed a pillow case to put on the same unclean pillow. There were other safety issues such as the main lock that goes over the door was busted in half when we got in the room and so much more. For the price we paid, it was completely unexceptional for the rooms to be in the condition they were & the way the staff responded was horrible.

Dive hotel

This place was dirty and unkept. I found hair in the bed I slept in as well as the shower. I don't think the room was cleaned at all before our arrival. The beds were made and the towels were fresh. When asked, staff provided the items asked for fairly quickly. Microwave needed cleaning, there was no coffee service in the room. although the beds were somewhat comfortable, the sounded like a sinking ship, squeaking and groaning metal. It was a place to sleep at night, but just that. I do not recommend this place at all.
