The hotel offers a separate bedroom, which I want when I travel. The front desk personnel were wonderful and informative. The elevators are slow and small. Even though this is a non smoking hotel, several times we entered an elevator that smelled of cannabis.

I only stayed 1 night so as for housekeeping, I have no feedback. but it was a good spacious suite. The staff was pleasant. I only wish check-in time was earlier and they had better breakfast options. They didn't have any pastries. Toast was the only bread option. The only 2 juice options were a sugary drink and apple juice.

I stayed in this property three times because of the great location because the beautiful rooms my only concern is the safety they do not have safety deposit. The first time I stayed. I suffered the nice by the cleaning staff $5000 from underneath my bed I did not report to the police because I know from previous experiences. The Police is not going to do anything, but I know from working in the hotel system that’s The person who walked into my room with the key at that day has a number and the staff will know who is this person I have my suspicions that they become very real. The next week is next week. I was asleep and I have the sign do not get disturbed the same cleaning lady walked in with a male companion without any cleaning product with them, and they were surprised that I was sleeping. I had the mad walked to my room when I was out early in the morning and stolen 5000 , the hotel did not do any thing about it . They can see who walked to my room . Next week same time same cleaner tried to get to the room with black men with here even when I have do not disturb since. They were thinking I was out and part 2 to rob me agin . There was no cleaning equipment. Only the desire to rob me agin . I told the manger and agin. I got ignored. They why the place do not have safe so the staff can rob you . One thing I learn . Never have any cash money or cards left in the rooms because the staff will robs you . And nothing you can do about it

The property was beautiful. Loved the views and the little amenities. So quiet and off from the traffic of the city. Definitely will stay again!

This place do not offer safety deposit when you are not in the room the cleaning staff walk into the room behind your back and steal your money and your credit card and when you purchase there is no action done about it. I have $5000 stole from me plus my international credit card, which cost me a hard headache to replace. I will not trust to leave anything in their room or stuff.

This hotel do not offer safety deposit to keep your important paper in your money. I have the cleaning staff walked in to my room and installed $5000 plus my credit card with an international account which is very hard to replace and the hotel did nothing about it.
