We had to complain multiple times about the neighbours next door and above us. A lot of guests live here full time so it is difficult to stay here as a temporary guest. Their breakfast is bare minimum and is overly stated as breakfast included. If you need somewhere cheap to stay it’s fine but the noise was definitely an issue.

When I checked in the first room had a strong urine order and the flooring was floppy as if it was water damaged. After requesting to have the room change, the second floor and the room smelled luke smoke so much so that I decided to take my family elsewhere at Midnight.

I had to checkout a few hours after arriving. My surrounding neighbors were EXTREMELY loud and had screaming children for almost an hour. There was so much loud music and banging, my son and I could not stand it anymore. We are experiencing a power outage at home due to the storms and wanted to get away. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!

The property is very dated and needs to do some serious upgrades. The free breakfast was laughable. It reeked of smoke but the property was very clean and had ample well lit parking. Ok for a short overnight stay.

Filthy nasty checked in a room air condition stopped let front desk know says that's normal that hot air comes out when it's set on cold go to another room that one pushes out hot air also when it's on no cold air stinks only 10 cars in parking lot says rooms are filled over 150 to 200 rooms won't give refund and refuses to switch room trying to make me take it call your bank to get refund look at wires to microwave refridge wires are burnt surprised no fire also refrigerator not cold at all it's not free on coming out of air conditioner it's something else if it is that's illegal and the smell I can't tell u what it is it smells rotten I need to call the city and have them check there

The Bed was very comfortable, and we were able to change the temperature of the thermostat. The shower was labeled incorrectly (the blue side that was labeled with a snowflake was the hot side and the red side labeled with a sun was the cold side) and the shampoo and soap made my hair and skin incredibly dry. The moisturizer wasn't much help. The breakfast only had cereal and bread (a toaster was available, butter and jelly were available also for the bread) and there were no knives. The forks and spoons were mixed together at a very low quantity for each. The orange/apple juice machine was out of order as well. No napkins or paper towels either.

Seemed pretty decent. Had concerns because it looked like a motel, but when I went in, much better than I thought it would be. It was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly.
