Monthly stays or longer are welcome. We provide a monthly discount which will be automatically calculated and deducted once you include the dates of your stay.

For mail or packages, we do not recommend them being delivered to the building/apartment to avoid issues of lost deliveries. Please check for a nearby pickup location (through Amazon lockers or UPS access point) to guarantee the receipt of your mail/packages.

Very nicely set up apartment in a great part of town with everything nearby and yet the location was nice and quiet. I recommend this place and I would definitely stay again when in the area visiting my daughter.

The property is as described. It was very clean and well-appointed. The kitchen had all the amenities to cook. The TV had more apps than you could ever need. The washer and dryer came in handy for us. The host was very responsive in her communications. It was conveniently located off a major road, freeway, and yet quiet and safe neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo! Clean and nicely decorated, they provided everything we needed as far as coffee, toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies, towels, wash clothes etc. very convenient so we appreciated that. This condo has a balcony which was nice to enjoy our morning coffee that over looked a courtyard with fountain. My husband and I traveled here to experience Chicago. The condo was conveniently located near highway although it is about a 30-40 min drive to get downtown Chicago. This is a nice area we felt safe, there is shopping and restaurants near the condo as well. Check in and check out was easy. The hosts responds quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

This apartment was very comfortable! It was fully stocked, all you needed was your suitcase. The owner was exceptionally responsive. We will definitely return. You do need a car for this location. There is not much around within walking distance.

The location of the condo was great. It was a convenient location close to restaurants, shopping and a major expressway. The outside areas where very well maintained and very inviting to relax in. The interior of the condo was not a premier place. It needed more than their usual cleaning between guests. When I rent a place I expect it to smell clean when I walk in, this did not.

Lovely one bedroom located in a convenient part of Downers Grove. Near a lot of shopping and restaurants. Very close to I-355 and I-88. Briana, the property manager, was helpful and attentive. Will try to stay here next time to the area.

This apartment is decorated beautifully and is fully equipped with all the creature comforts, a highly functioning kitchen, and other amenities for which you could ask! I was able to cook some truly gourmet meals for my daughter and her fiancé there. The location is excellent! The addition of a blackout curtain in the bedroom would make this place the total package.
