Staff could’ve been more organized called to ask if my room was ready they said it was, upon arrival Alicia or Alisha (not sure how she spells her name) told me that my room was not ready and that I had to pay an additional fee for early check in which I was not told during the call. Room was okay, wish the windows were bigger, food was alright. Conveniently located

First off the parking fees at this Hotel is horrible $75 a night. Check in went ok, but when we walked in to our room we noticed curtains with holes in them, no mini fridge, damaged furniture, and after using the rest room we discovered the bathroom sink faucet was not attracted. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance to the room. maintenance assured us he would get a fridge for the room within the hour and the sink will be fixed the next day. Well the fridge did not arrive until the next day causing our food/snacks to spoil and the sink was never fixed. They only offered to move us to a smaller room, however out room rate would not change. Also me and other guest had to search the hotel for a working ice machine because front desk had no idea they were OOS. I do travel often about once per month and this is by far the worst hotel experience I've had. For the price I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Fees were 15 service fee, 25 per night hotel fee, and if you drive 75 per day parking.

Just a few feet off of the Magnificent Mile. Great location for this area. The regular rooms are very small. The rooms were clean and conveniently organized. If you are claustrophobic you should definitely book a suite. Overall a good experience.

Staff was perfectly fine. No one went out of their way to give over the top customer service, but that’s OK. I didn’t expect that anyway.. There was no soap in the restrooms, so that was odd for sure. Clean, updated. Couldn’t find the television remote also haha

The staff who checked me in were rude and gave me a room at a corner even though they just mentioned to another guest in front of me that 'we're pretty empty so we can give you a good room with a view'. I'm not sure why there would be a reason to discriminate between guests. The lady also was very rude when she asked me for my ID and card to put on file like she did not care.
