“The hotel itself is very nice and clean The staff are very friendly with the exception they really don't speak any English so even the simplest things they don't understand I did pick the property because it said they speak both English and Chinese but they're English is very very limited if at all and then even in all of China when you use a app to translate to Chinese they still can look at you funny and don't really understand it so I'm not sure what the translation does but it's not as……

“Check in was ok although a long line with only 2 ppl in front desk. It was prepaid w/double breakfast but the next day the breakfast site could not find my record so the bill was sent to my room. Later then I received a call from front desk to ask how to pay the room fee etc. I replied it was prepaid and then I sent my receipt to front desk, then front desk said they need to verify with if I need to pay or not with financial dept to check if they receive fund or not. No information was replied……

“房间不清洁。水杯、水煲等用具也有不少明显污渍。房间服务电话要打几次才有人接听。check out时更用了很长时间，一时说要查一查我的房费是否含早餐，一时说是要检查清楚我应该用什么方法支付，前台对check out这个基本程序竟然不能应付自如，服务员态度也很差。这我入住过众多酒店中最差劣的！”

“House was perfect to suit our needs of traveling with three families. Lots of space and well equipped and stocked with everything one might need. Host was timely and thorough in her communication, and even helped to arrange food delivery and transportation. Proximity to ski resort was excellent as well. Will definitely be back!”

“The service at this hotel is truly impressive! During check-in, the front desk staff went out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible for me. Since we arrived late and all the nearby liquor stores were closed, they kindly surprised me by delivering a bottle of Chilean red wine! The room itself was spotless and cozy, with bedding so comfortable I slept like a dream. Breakfast was a delight too. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I’d definitely come back next time! ”

“not enough parking area. most staff don't speak English, given that it is only a year away from the Winter 2022 Olympics. Price value for food is inferior. ”

“Overall a OK hotel to stay if you are visiting the Yanqi Lake. Clean rooms and quiet area. There is a decent restaurant next door, which is a plus in such a rural area.”
