Lovely cottage but terrible hospitality, please take images when you arrive, we were accused of breaking a chair, a wood burner which wasn’t touched and were without water the entire trip - but was accused of ripped the wire out of the thermostat!!!!! Why on earth would we do this?We also locked ourselves out of the cottage by mistake, immediately told the host who advised this was no issue as her husband was going round and then we were accused of leaving the cottage unsecured. I have worked in hospitality my entire life and have never been treated so badly! Kirsty Senior Vice President of Operations
