“We went to Guatemala with our family of 3 young children (9, 5, 2), my mother, and my sister and her husband. This place was absolutely perfect. We could easily walk to town to explore and take lanchas (boats) to the other towns around the lake. “This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. “The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom.
