“House is tired, mildew in light fittings, aircon vent and some fly screens clogged with dust and fluff, only one hot plate working normally, other 3 heating red roar, no drip plates under the hotplates, rust in oven and hotplate surround rings. Lovely fridge but overall, a very tired, small 3 bedroom house. Compared to other beachfront Woodgate accommodation, this house is not worth the money charged.”

“This is such a lovely, peaceful place to stay just a moments walk from the beautiful beach across the road. Sunrise and sunset are stunning on the beach with your coffee. The house is spotlessly clean and well equipped. It has comfortable beds and linens included. There is also a basic unit behind the main cottage with a double bed, bathroom and small kitchen area. The fenced in area behind the house would work well for children or dogs to play. There is a bakery nearby, a lovely coffee place,……

“Spent a week at this place with family. It had everything we needed.The large deck out the back was the best feature. We spent alot of time on the deck entertaining and listening to the ocean. Having young ones, we enjoyed having the family room and all downstairs to ourselves. ”

“Easy access to the beach but one of the two pups next door continually barked when the residents were not at home. The back yard also could use a new layer of turf being laid. Parking was great.”
