“Our paid reservation was rejected without offering any alternative. Just zero assistance from the staff to get another booking. It is late in the night, finally we found a place to sllep”

“I checked in at morning at 6:30 due to delayed flight , so asked for a bit delay upto 12 for check out . Its flatly denied Although paid for 3 no linen on third mattress . No hot water , over all pathetic for value of money”
