“Absolutely fabulous”

“We got married last week and are closing on a house so we just wanted a low key weekend honeymoon till we have time to go away. This was perfect. Clean, well stocked, quiet, and private. The ONLY thing I would change is leave the firewood under the porch roof, we can carry it to the firepit, but it was already soaked by the time we got there and couldn’t have a fire, because even the local wood for sale was soaked ”

“This is our 2nd time staying at Bear Cabin. We love the land that it is situated on. We also love the no wifi and cell phone access. My only recommendation is to look up trails ahead of time and have a plan. We would drive to the local gas station down the road to load our gps. ”

“I would highly recommend this property. It was so perfect for a quiet and relaxing weekend away. The moment we opened the door to this little gem we were blown away. Sooooo clean and the covered porch with the hot tub and grill was an extra bonus. We will definitely be back!”

“Stayed here for our trip to Hocking Hills. Close to everything you want to see! We went to Cantwell Cliffs, Old Man’s Cave, Ash Falls. And this was a great place to come back to! Hot tub was perfect, we had no problems so no reason to communicate with the property manager. I actually preferred bringing our own sheets/blankets/pillows. We did forget towels but made a quick trip to Walmart. Would definitely stay here again if we took another trip that way!”

“Great place for couples to stay! My partner and I had a fantastic time there using the hot tub everyday and were close enough to Hocking Hills area that the drive from there really didn't bother us. Only things we noticed was that the hot tub might need a chlorine refresh and they could benefit from a roach spraying soon...we noticed one that would come out in the kitchen and had seen another dead one elsewhere. Bugs are to be expected with cabin properties and we aren't bothered easily, just……
