I had a great stay overall—your team was helpful and welcoming, and I appreciated the comfort of the hotel.
That said, I did want to share some honest feedback. The morning front desk clerk came across as a bit unfriendly and dismissive during my interactions. It made things feel a little uncomfortable, especially compared to how kind and professional the rest of the staff were.
I’m sharing this not as a complaint, but in the hope that it can be addressed. A warm, friendly front desk really makes a big difference to the guest experience.
