I booked through Expedia for a pet friendly room and it said to call the property to let them know. I spoke to an agent and she said she will put a note down on the reservation. Upon check in, I did not mention the dog thinking I didn't need to and the check in agent said they did not know about it.
The hallways had a pee smell on the way to the room due to the washrooms on the floor which I thought was kinda weird.
The bathroom in my room did not have shower gel and when I inquired the front desk about it, they said they would check with housekeeping. We went out for dinner and came back. They said there's no more shower gel so they gave us soap bars instead.
The 2nd day, we needed an extra bath towel in the room and they said they will send housekeeping up. I watched the agent write it down on a sheet of paper. They never came up with the towel.
The walls in the rooms had chips in many spots, the walls in the washrooms had some cracks, the ceiling tiles had holes/was damaged, the washroom fan didn't really work, the ac didn't really work either, the bed was rather uncomfortable and creaked with any movement,
