Gave our room away & when we checked in they gave us a dirty, bug filled room with no working a/c. We tried to stay but after we killed the 4th bug in 20 mins & discovered dirty bed sheets, we had to leave. The lady at the front desk was not helpful & called the “manager/owner”. We asked for a refund & was told we had to call Expedia. She kept telling us there was nothing wrong with our room. We were sitting in our car calling Expedia when she started banging on our window & was telling us she went into the room & there was nothing wrong with it. She made us feel so unsafe. Harold at Expedia was wonderful to deal with but he had to escalate for our refund as when he called the motel, he was told he had to talk to the “manager” in the morning. Whatever you DO NOT stay here.
