Charming 4 Bedroom Historic Home Centrally located in Northeastern Wisconsin


Step back in time and experience the charms of this restored 100+ year old stucco home in Chilton, WI. Originally built in 1902 by the president of the Chilton Malt Company, this 2,700 sq. ft. gem blends early 1900’s architectural beauty with modern comforts. .
Spacious and Comfortable: 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 8. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, cutlery, pots and pans, dishes etc. and Keurig coffee bar. Dining room - large table for family meals. Extra chairs and a card table available on site. Multiple living spaces - Cozy living room, parlor with smart TV, high speed internet, and Xbox (you provide controllers) and a board game room. Upstairs bonus room - great for a pack-and-play or crib or for a private office space. Two full baths. Basement laundry room. All new bedding and towels provided. Driveway parking fits up to 4 cars.

Chilton is your gateway to incredible outdoor spots like Ledgeview Nature Center, High Cliff State Park, Calumet County Park, Lake Winnebago, where you can hire a guide for fishing walleye and perch, and - just 30 minutes away- breathtaking Lake Michigan with its pristine beaches and salmon and trout charters. Some of the top Wisconsin Supper Clubs are just a short drive away. We are also home to the National Award winning ice cream of Scoops Ice Cream Parlor and one of the premier micro breweries in the state - Rowland’s just up the street within walking distance.

Indy Road America Crew

This is a beautiful home, very roomy and comfortable in a nice safe neighborhood. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and not too far of a drive to the Road America track. Pretty much anything you could need was provided, including some unexpected amenities from our host, Carol. Highly recommended!
