"arrived at 1 pm and was told that the rooms were not ready yet, that we should leave our passport info and go have lunch first and when return all the check in process would be done already. went back at around 3 pm but no work was done, still had to wait for another 40 minutes to finally get our ..."

"Beautiful hotel, the room is super spacious and comfortable. The terrace is a big plus. The property surroundings are also a huge plus with many dinning options, stores, supermarket, pharmacy…. SITES Hotel is a must if you’re visiting Monteria, totally recommend."
