Located in the heart of Texas this ranch is the best destination for meeting in the middle. Home of the famous Chip and Joanna, the Magnolia Silos, Baylor University, and many restaurants. Enjoy the outdoors with 2 creeks, a lake, and a BBQ pit for a true Texas experience.

The ranch is great. It's roomy, cozy, and secluded. We had adults, children, and pets and everyone enjoyed. Not a bad drive in to Waco for entertainment. Jake is a gracious and accommodating host. He replies quickly to any questions. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely home with even lovelier grounds. Two bedrooms and two full baths downstairs. Two more upstairs with another full bath and a game room plus a workout gym in the garage. The kitchen is large, spacious and very functional. Plenty of comfortable seating for dining and relaxing Overall, a great home!

Three moms and 3 daughters spent a few nights here. It was a beautiful property and we loved every minute of it. I would have liked screens on the windows to enjoy the fresh air, but overall it was still a perfect property. We loved it!

The family had a great time relaxing and enjoying the property. Jake was great at helping us coordinate all our needs and was prompt to reply to any inquiries we had. Our dog Ada especially enjoyed her time roaming the multiple acres on this property. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were easy. The home was clean, welcoming there was enough room for the entire family to relax and recharge. It was immaculate better than the pictures and the land was beautiful. A real gem!
