“我把备用手机落在酒店了，到了机场才想起来。一路提心吊胆怕语言不通酒店不认账。返回酒店后，前台一听手机掉了就问我房间号，确认后马上跟我说手机捡到了给我保管着的，等着我回来拿。两三分钟后就还给我了。没想到在库库塔这么穷的地方，酒店管理还这么好，非常不容易，深表感谢！但是也必须指出以下问题：1. 我订的双床房，结果给了我大床房（我忘了问了，住下了才想起来）；2. 酒店的浴巾确实有点儿脏；3. 确实不隔音。 ”
