“We had a wonderful time. The house was not super fancy but it was very functional, clean, and in the perfect location for peace and quiet. We were right on the beach, which we had all to ourselves the whole time. We enjoyed lounging in the hammocks and sitting around a campfire in the evening. I especially liked that there were screens on the windows and fans so that we could sleep without AC and listen to the ocean at night. Definitely recommend to others!”

“This place has it all what a great spot with its own surf break out front. The beach and the private pool were amazing. The house and grounds are immaculate. What an awesome place that was well worth the money. Lots of cool places to go to eat and friendly people. Our GPS worked with no problem so navigating through Nicaragua Street and seeing the sites was a breeze. Nicaragua is definitely a must see on your bucket list. If you’re looking for an uncrowded surf and basically private beach……

“Owner is very responsive to all questions.The place is a bit outside of the city center but very clean and safe. Recommend for anyone wanting a full house in a quiet neighborhood. ”

“We stayed on the property 5 days, there were 4 of us. The property is as described, several entrances but if you rent the entire thing, not a problem, I do see a problem with noise if you have to share the property with another party. Everything was well stocked, there is a multiple booklet explains how things work and just some good notes on the property. We were not able to cook or heat up any food so make note of that, perhaps a microwave would be a good addition. The AC units leaked but……
