She was supposed to stay there for just one night to get the hostel experience, but she ended up staying the whole week because of the amazing customer service she received from them. “Very clean. Common area was air conditioned but it was hard to meet other people (confined). Bed in dorms was nice, with privacy curtain, small storage underneath (larger backpacks did not fit so they were in the way in the hallway). Also a cubby with key for storing away small valuables. “We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming. The staff arranged a car for us to return to airport. This is a hostel but they really offered excellent service!”

“My stay was exceptional. Upon arriving earlier than check-in; the manager offered luggage storage, an efficient system with identification tags. She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean.
