Canal front home in Oyster Bay with a Boat Dock. Spacious home, with wrap around deck. Enjoyable summer home. Crab pots available for guests use. . Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's). Kayaks are for guest use. THIS HOUSE DOES NOT PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.

overall it was good! could have used other beds as the bunkbeds were a bit small for the 6 foot men in our family. Kitchen could use some updating dish washer along with better pots and pans. we made our own ice but that would have been a plus. Loved the location we enjoyed the dock and the water

Wonderful house and location

The property is beautifully situated on a canal and has a lovely layout. It is like being in your own mini pine forest. It could have been cleaner, especially the floors, but it was clean enough given the shortage of help. Minor maintenance issues. Great management company, super responsive, and we would definitiely book again.

Deep Hole House

Our stay here was great. We caught many small fish in the backyard canal, and enjoyed the location. Both our girls however were stung by yellow jackets 6 and 7 times the first day. So please be mindful of that. The house has a nice layout. My kids enjoyed baths in the "big tub" and the drive to the beach was not long at all. I have stayed in many places on the Island and the area this house is in is Our favorite. Beds were comfortable. One TV is something to note, but we aren't TV people on vacation so that wasn't a problem for us.

Very awesome house

This is the perfect little family home from the dock to fish off and to water activities off of th the quiet location. I will be booking my stay here again next year!
