“The property is beautiful, and the family here is so sweet and welcoming. They have an option to have lunch and dinner made for you, which I highly recommend as you are not on the mainland. The food was delicious and healthy. The view of the stars at night was breathtaking. The option to dress in traditional cloths and have a reed boat ride on the lake at sunset was unforgettable. This was my favorite part of our Peru trip, and I wish we had the opportunity to stay even longer. ”

“This is one of the most unusual places I have ever stayed or been in my life. The hotel is built on a floating stack of reeds. You are brought to the hotel by boat. It is quite comfortable and the people are so kind. It was a great experience ”

“We had an amazing one night experience staying at Casita del Titicaca. The hospitality was outstanding and we very much enjoyed Edens company. He took us fishing, arranged for logistics to and from Puno and served us excellent meals for dinner, breakfast and lunch, food was both fresh and tasty and we had desserts as well. The bathrooms are as comfortable as can be but we did have hot showers (low water pressure but thats a given). The beds were warm and comfortable and all three of us slept……

“Staying on this island was amazing. The view was incredible and plenty of blankets to keep you warm. They even gave us warm water bottles to put in the bed at night to keep us warm. ”

“Nice place, quiet, great views. There were some communication issues in the beginning and issues getting there. Once that was clear, it was cool. Also, there were some additional charges that were not clearly explained out in the original reservation but it was a nice place and good host. 4/5”

“Staff were very helpful when tour operator issues occurred. At the end of the day they went above and beyond to help us receive an evening meal due to late return I the hotel after the restaurant had closed.”
