“A perfect combination of private accommodations with access to a personal captain to travel to some of the amazing places the area has to offer. Plenty of wildlife including: Dolphins, starfish, sloths, monkeys, geckos, many types of fish and birds. Access to the kayaks and paddleboards was great too. Amazing how calm the water was a certain times of the day. ”

“No contact person on site, accommodation was not available. We are still waiting for the reimbursement of the costs (prepayment). We had to organize a new accommodation in the evening. With a 4 year old child a disaster. No recommendation!”

“Our stay at Urraca Private Island is the most awesome, memorable lodging experience we’ve had (and that’s saying a lot, because we travel frequently and have had many fantastic experiences). The place is amazing, kind of a cross between Swiss Family Robinson, Robinson Crusoe, and a high end Africa-style resort with adventure amenities like kayaks. And monkeys! “This was my family’s first trip to Bocas and this property was the main reason I wanted to visit this area of Panama. My husband, adult kids and their partners stayed at the property for a week and it was amazing, despite the rainy weather. The house was setup perfectly with 2 upstairs bedrooms and a shared bath. “This a truly unique property. It is indeed a floating home. It floats just off the shore in a bay along the main land in the far western area of Panama. While there isn’t any azure blue water that fancy Caribbean resorts will show you, it is a beautiful and peaceful spot. The place is very clean, comfortable and easy to use. Dave and Shelley are 10 in their friendliness and readiness to please. Our friends, my spouse and I wanted to get way off the beaten track, and WOW we succeeded!!! Thanks……

“No hay suficientes palabras que hagan honor o lo maravilloso del sitio, la casa, la atencion. Es un paraiso terrenal. Imposible equipar mejor la casa, llevamos tantas cosas que ni falta hicieron ya que estaban en casa. El amanecer, el atardecer, el transcurrir del dia y de la noche es inexplicablemente asombroso en ese sitio. Deberia quitarles todos los puntos y calificarlos en 1 solo por quebrarnos el corazon de esa manera al tener que despedir la casa. Jejeje. Quien lea este mensaje y quiera……
