“As a senior citizen with reduced mobility, I greatly appreciated all help received by staff and managers (e.g., Stefan) during my stay. Most hotels do the minimum they can get away with, but I was touched by how much everyone there went out of their ways to help. I left a tip at the front desk to be divided among staff, so hope everyone got part of my THANK YOU.”

“This hotel is so beautiful like living in a palace. The staff are very friendly and professional. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful dining area. “We read the reviews for the property and we were exited. Upon check-in we given room 401 ( third floor, no lift) first thing we noticed is the sewage smell from the bathroom, and one of the lights didn't work as well the TV, the room was the size of a single room, and a tiny window on the top that you couldn't look through it, the curtain didn't cover it fully and the light came very early, so we woke up very early, the size of the bathroom was very small, and the shower head was on the wrong……
